The staff were helpful. The hotel provided a good breakfast with fruits. I liked the sauna and pool after walking all day.
The room only had a coffee maker that did not boil water. No tea bags were available.

the room was very clean. the spa area had a good deep tissue massage and was good for relaxation. it was a nice experience to eat in the restaurant. the hotel was very confortable.
the room has only a coffee maker and the water did not boil. NO tea bags were available but we asked and were given a kettle. the bed pillows were too deep for comfort and the chairs was not confortable.

Excellent City Stay!

packed breakfast spacious room relaxing spa
The staff packed us breakfast sandwiches, drinks and fruit since we left for the airport before the breakfast buffet opened. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I found the spa facilities nice and relaxing. Robes from the room are used, so no changing facilities are there.
The carpet in the room was stained. The curtains were not held up well! I also found a bathroom robe with a big hole under the armpit. That was a surprise.

The rooms included an iron and a coffee machine. the hotel stood a short walk from amoreiras shopping centre. housekeeping provided chocolates daily. It was a nice touch.
the carpets in the bedrooms seemed old and require replacement.
